基本信息 近年来一直从事肠道致病微生物的相关研究,主要就方向包括:(1)重要致病菌的致病机制及其与肠道菌群的互作机制;(2)新型抗毒素治疗方法的开发;(3)新发、突发致病菌检测和溯源技术的建立。期待与具有临床医学、药学、信息科学、材料科学、微生物学等研究背景的老师同学合作。
近五年,相关研究成果发表于PNAS(2022), Nature Communications(2021,2023),Gut Microbes(2022, 2022, 2024),Cell reports(2024), mBio(2020),Communications Biology(2022),Journal Of Infectious Diseases(2024)等发表SCI论文21篇。
