基本信息

    近年来一直从事肠道致病菌致病相关研究,主要就方向包括:(1)肠道致病微生物的致病机制;(2)肠道致病微生物与肠道菌群的互作机制;(3)治疗肠道疾病的工程益生菌的开发。期待与具有临床医学、药学、信息科学、材料科学、微生物学等研究背景的老师同学展开合作。

 

    近五年,相关研究成果发表于PNAS2022, Nature Communications20212023),Gut Microbes2022, 2022, 2024),mBio2020),Communications Biology2022),Journal Of Infectious Diseases2024)等发表SCI论文18篇。
