    刘斌,研究员,1981年出生。20036月于南开大学生命科学学院,获学士学位;20086月于南开大学生命科学学院微生物学专业,获博士学位。

    自2003年至今,从全基因组和致病菌中最具多样性的致病因子等角度,系统研究了一系列重要致病菌的分子进化规律、环境适应机制和多样性形成机制。揭示了历史上对人类威胁最大的病原体之一—霍乱大流性菌株的起源和进化机制。解析了一种由非同源重组介导的大肠杆菌鞭毛抗原相位变异、逃避免疫攻击的分子机制。系统研究了细菌表面多糖抗原分子的多样性形成机制。与应用相结合,建立了多种重要致病菌的血清型快速分子检测技术。基于上述成果,在PNAS(影响因子9.6)、FEMS Microbiology Reviews(影响因子12.2)、Nucleic Acids Research(影响因子10.1)、Metabolic Engineering(影响因子8.1)等期刊发表33篇第一/通讯作者论文。
